About Us

The story began in 1955 when Reverend Riley Archer had a vision to start a new church in Springfield. Grace Church of the Nazarene was established soon after in 1957. Ground was broken for the first building at our present location on August 18, 1974 and completed in early 1975 and The Archer Family Life Center was completed in 1991.

Grace Church of the Nazarene is experiencing exciting times of worship. To accommodate our growth, we moved our worship services into our gymnasium and we continue to see God working in the lives of His people. As our family grows, we want to extend an invitation for you to come and see what is happening at Grace.

We have many ministries in the church available to you and information on many of them can be found on the ministries page. Our church family continues to grow as we seek one more. One more person, one more family. That is our goal as we strive to fulfill the Great Commission. The best way make a decision about making Grace your home is to come and see. Visit us and you'll see that God is alive in this place!
