Greeting’s in the name of Jesus! Thank you for taking the time to visit our church website. Hi, my name is Russell Thayer and I have the privilege of ministering to the great people of Grace Church. Terri (wife) and I moved to Springfield, Missouri just a few months ago. We are so excited to be part of this fast growing community and look forward to reaching out and making a difference for Christ wherever we can. Terri and I are originally form Rising Sun, Indiana. This is where we began our spiritual journey with the Lord and later left the comforts of home to attend Nazarene Bible College, in Colorado Springs, Co. We have had the privilege of serving churches in Indiana, Illinois and Minnesota.
I believe our vision statement declares who we are here at Grace Church, “To Follow Jesus And Lead Our World To Him.” Our commitment is to grow the body of Christ into a deeper relationship that will enable God’s people to walk in true victory! We can then be equipped to become the disciples that Christ can use to win others to Him. Terri and I would like to extend a welcome to worship with us on our Sunday Services or check out our website for other ministries that you and your family would enjoy.
